Wholesale

Thanks so much for your interest in wholesaling with Fernworks! I love working with all types of shops, museums, galleries, and boutiques! If you're interested in carrying Fernworks jewelry in your shop, please take a second to read through the following info, and fill out the form below.

Once we decide to work together, I can set you up with a wholesaler account online so you can sign in and view items at their discounted wholesale rate and/or I can email a current line sheet to you.  You can then place orders by email!

A few quick wholesale f.a.q.s:

What is your minimum order?

The initial minimum order is $300, but after a relationship has been established, this isn't always completely necessary.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Because my work is handcrafted and mostly made to order, it can take up to 4 weeks for some larger orders to arrive. I can also split shipments if needed so that some items arrive for you to start selling sooner. If you have special requests, feel free to let me know when ordering. And of course, it can take a little longer during the busy summer and holiday seasons, so get your requests in early!

Are all items featured in your shop available for wholesale purchase?

No.  Many designs, especially from the “Specimens” collection, are available in limited quantities or are available only on a seasonal basis.  Frequently, these items are one of kind and disappear quickly.  If you see something you love but aren’t sure if it’s available, just ask and I’ll be happy to let you know or suggest a similar design.   Also, if you have an idea for a special project for your shop, please let me know. I’d love to hear your ideas!

Will I be receiving the exact items pictured online?

Not always.  Each Fernworks creation is either a unique found object or hand painted.  I try my very best to send you a design that matches up closely with your request that you’ll love!
When ordering, it helps to be flexible!  Occasionally, I will run out of a certain style/plant/item, so it's always nice and helpful if you're open to receiving substitutions of similar items. Also when ordering, keep in mind that each piece of jewelry is a unique creation. If you order five "Lacy Ferns," for example, you will receive 5 slightly different leaves. But that's a good thing. It ensures that everything is fresh and original for your customers!

Do you ever consign your work?

Not usually. But maybe?... It never hurts to ask!

Please feel free to contact me with any other questions you might have about my jewelry or about the ordering process.

Thanks so much!
